Quit on Dec 31st of last year(10yrs of smoking), I COULDNT FEEL BETTER! I can actually breath, taste and smell the fresh air!

Most ppl say they gain weight while quitting, nope not me. I have continued my routine with running and I have never felt BETTER!

Good luck to you guys, it does take alot of effort but its all about WILL POWER. You put your mind to it, you will be able to do it!

on a side note, this clinton heart attack scare has gotten me thinking, also this past wk I watched a ABC news special one night about how the tobacco companys are so decetiful, along with our politicians.....our gov't makes ton's of money from the tobacco industry and they don't really care to get the word out about how bad cig smoking really is. This show was amazing, it showed how in that big tobacco lawsuit how all the states got all this money to put to anti smoking campaigns and then now they are allocating the money elsewhere.
