Although this is surprising, I've often been amazed at how few players actually know basic rules and history of the games they play. Most fans, and especially bettors, are much more cognizant of the rules than players or coaches are.

How about Andy Reid sticking up for him!! Saying there are probably a lot of guys who don't know the rule.

I have never played a down of organized football, but I know the OT rules in both college and pro!

That youtube cuts off early. The worst part was not on there.
