making it 'milky' is basically just watering it down...the water reacting to the active ingredients of the Absinthe.

actually, with the King Gold, i usually just do a few shots straight up, then mix one large drink with the YAGO/Sugar and ice..

Man, i'm done with that shit for awhile.

I might have a glass of original once in awhile, but, i'm pretty sure i am done with the King Gold....Nothing too bad really, just crazy, sick fuckin dreams, but, that alone is just too damn much for me anymore..

Seriously man....It seems like every single time i have more than one glass of the gold, i wind up just having disgusting damn horrific dreams...Sometimes it takes hours to get that shit out of my head...A few of them took days.


Actually, when i went on a days long bender, it seemed like the dreams would either repeat almost exactly, or even continue from one night to the next...And, i'm not talking about some typical nightmarish shit...I mean, sick fuckin things that just should not be in my friggin head.

I made the mistake of telling my family physician about one in particular that kept coming back, and i thought the dude was gonna have me commited...The douchebag even mentioned it to my wife, which really, really pissed me off...I almost reported his ass for the shit...

Well, yeah...It does have it's good points...

My problem is, no matter how much i try, i just can't do the 1 or 2 drinks thing.....I thought maybe mixing it in a larger glass and adding the YAGO/Brandy mix with it, would be enough to limit me to just sipping one big drink, but, all that does is make me drink twice as much twice as fast.

It was actually easier before i got used to the shitty taste...Once i got used to that, it was all downhill...

I'd think it would be easy to get real absinthe in CR.....If not, just order a bottle online...Make sure you get the good shit..
