My first thought was similar to jr4. It seems almost engineered that this 2 year investigation came to a magnificant head right when the pro-gambling side started getting a little ink and sympathy.

This law will be repealed not by congress but by degenerate gamblers such as myself. If people continue to gamble online after the 270 days or whatever, there is no law.

Exempting online poker would undermine state gambling laws, making it much more difficult, if not impossible, for states to enforce their laws against gambling on online poker, and would override any policy decisions made by state legislatures.

But exempting horse racing doen't make it more difficult? What's the difference?

Just saw a promo for a Bingo game show. This is funny. I guess you can gamble on tv but not on the internet. Get bent, Kyl.
