NETeller Customer Coalition Looking at Legal Action as Early as This Week..By Hartley Henderson

A group of frustrated NETeller customers have organized in an attempt to create pressure on the U.S. government to release their funds. The group known as "The NETeller Customer Coalition", claims to have over 450 members and are adding up to 50 more each day. The group, which started up in February has customers with as little as a couple of hundred dollars to as much as $84,000 sitting in either NETeller's escrow account or in the seized ACH system. The group has set up a posting board on yahoo and has asked members to post the amounts they have held up in a forum database. According to a spokesperson for the group the database shows over $2.1 million frozen from its members with the top 25 members representing $1.5 million of that total alone. In a press release issued by the coalition it appears that the money frozen is not all related to gambling proceeds either. Some of the funds seized were from a member who was just a site affiliate, while another who had funds frozen was a writer for poker publications.


As a result, the group contacted a law firm on Friday and are considering issuing a law suit against NETeller as early as today depending on the guidance given from the law firm. While the group understands that the U.S. government is primarily responsible for the seized assets, the group's chairman added "People are tired of NETeller's do-nothing/ say-nothing attitude and they're not going to just sit back and take it."

I'd really like to get the loot back I had in Neteller but I think I will wait it out a bit longer before going this route. Maybe me Neteller and BOS money will arrive the same day

I am a member of that group, but I don't think a lawsuit against Neteller is the right way to go at this time. I am in the extreme minority about that so far.
