Thanks for posting that swell picture of me, Mjulian. Think I look pretty good in that red cape deal. But I'm bewildered by the rest of your post. I hope Canadians aren't going to be intimidated from unburdening themselves here in regards to the incredible ongoing failure of the Butch administration; they often seem to be the only ones that get it. Also, be advised that I have not urged revolution since about 1969. Not that it wouldn't have been a good idea (the USA could hardly have turned out worse than it did), but right now I'd gladly settle for Nixon. At least back then the average American knew a lying, self-interested scumbag when they saw one.

Hartley posted something and it has gotten mixed reaction. Its proven exactly the opposite of what you are saying. That there isnt one opinion or side, and that there is disagreement.

The freedom of speech comment is baffling. Who is saying someone cant express their opinion?

just trying to make a point of how these debates always seem to turn into insult tossing pissing matches, and that people always resort to exaggerated shot taking eventually, to try to make their points.

no such thing on these forums, as intelligent debate, when it comes to politics..thats why i hate seeing threads like that in the main forum to begin with.

It's like the 'religion' based threads on these forums.. you always have a select few who just can't help but try to appear superior, and insist on trying to "prove" they are in the right, by insulting the other people in the discussion, so, the threads wind up serving no purpoose besides a chance for a few select posters to bash a few other posters.
