So the answer would be that US banks just stop accepting wires from all offshore banks, but that doesn't seem realistic. But even if they said "just no Costa Rican banks" (which would cause problems for all the "legitmate" money flow), then wire the money through an intermediary like RBC or RBS first. Either way the originator would change as often as necessary.
Oh, ok BigGame, I see what you're saying now.

Nah, that wont work either coming from a gaming company's business bank account, but would from an individual's personal bank account.

It's all depending on what name the business has their bank account under, and if it's a gaming related name, it aint gonna happen.

I am always dealing w/people in the UK who buy ads and they have unilaterally chosen not to go against the guidelines of UGIEA in any way, shape, or form w/re sending monies to the US. The 'papertrail' prohibits their doing so ...

An individual can send bankwires all day, but soon as he sends more than say 20 a day, the bank sees more red flags than a Chinese May Day parade, and begins inquiring what the hell is going on ... keep thinkin on it tho, maybe you'll come up w/a solution

This whole industry is going to be gone within 6 months! It's some new shit every fucking day, and I'm sick and tired of reading the newest "updates" 4-5-6 time a day! Part of me just wishes the entire list of reputable shops would just discontinue the U.S. customer base altogether.

Most checks are drawn on US banks sent from other countries, you just dont know it. Check the routing number.

Gamblers’ are a stubborn bunch, many BJ players leave the game only when they don’t have any additional money to wager…

Similarly, there will be American gamblers’ who won’t leave the offshore gaming world until they can’t retrieve their winnings or make a deposit…it’s only a matter of time…US financial institutions are not going to risk being criminalized just so Americans can continue playing offshore.

You can thank the largest book in the world and there complete and utter incompetence and gross negligence when dealing with bank rules for this news update.

When I read all the posts about blaming the books for having no way to play their players, I tend to disagree. While it is their responsibility to have your funds available on demand, there has to be a way for them to send them to you. This latest situation is going to make that, that much more difficult for them and this can be blamed on one book and one book alone.

Any updates on this since it was orginally posted Major? I've gotten checks since this was posted and had no issues..
