I ain't real sure what a "shank end of a ham" is, but it sounds kinda gay...

Unca, the beer was with the meal and splits with hot choc. LOL!

Tonight:

Dumplings (stuffed with beef, grated pumpkin, onions, salt n pepper) cooked in special Chinese steamer, beef heart salad (boil the beef heart and slice it up with cheese, onions, green peas, mayo, mustard and cilantro) and beer. Dessert lookin' like key lime pie.

Pineapple chicken (chicken thighs baked in onion slices, pineapple chunks, and garlic), potato gratin, beer. Dessert will be chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. Good basic stuff for a simple man :)

Every February I buy a cow from a friend of mine. He raises them himself and they are pretty good. I have about 2 bucks a pound in everything. (I end up with about 70 to 80 pounds of hamburger). Anyway, we are having the last of the 2009 steaks on the grill, grilled corn and steamed green beans tonight. Damn near busted my ass on the snow going in and outside to cook these things.

Trucker, worth ever bit of trouble. Steak = heaven!

Tonight was decent. Kabob, cucumber salad, yellow rice, beer and pumpkie pie with coffee.

Been busy all weekend looking for a system to outsmart wall street. I will let you know as soon as I find it. LOL!

Party on!

Zyc...I've noticed all your meals include beer...is that always the same brand or does it vary with the meal?
