Unca B, I bake thighs smeared in mayo, as well as potatoes (yukon golds) and they both turn out golden and delish! A friend of mine is a chef and when i saw her baking that way I thought the same as you, till I tried some! OH BABY!

Tonight we are having meatloaf, slaw and potato salad. Dessert is gonna be lemon pie. I am salavating here.

Tuna steak, 1 1/2 inches thick, cooked 3 minutes or so on each side over a smokin' hot grill, sliced on the bias and served with wasabi, yum.

Hell, even my kids will eat it.

I'm in Phoenix. I got to Pizzeria Bianco at 430 local time. They open at 5. There are 30 people standing in line, outside, waiting for it to open. I hope this is good and I hope I get in on the first round. It only holds about 30 people!!!

Must be the can of boiled sweetened condensed milk (basically a homemade caramel) that I eat each night with my milo.
