It's incredible how popular wings are these days. They used to be a throw-away part of the bird, pretty much. I used to buy bunches at the butcher shop back in the day because they were dirt cheap and a big hit at potlucks. I'd marinate some in Teriyaki, but my favorite - neon pink and crisp off the bbq.....

I made one of the tastiest damn dinners tonight, that i have made in years...Cuban Yellow Rice with Chicken and Roasted Red Peppers...

Holy shiat... I made enough for 8 people, and there is barely enough left for me to attack once i'm fully buzzed.


Never made this shit before...Not even sure what made me wanna make it, but, holy shit am i glad i did..

not sure w3hy, but, i've been on a cooking rampage the past week or so....i haven;t even had hotwings in like, 11 days now.


i think maybe it's because i quit smoking, so, mayb food tastes batter or something?


went out and bought a shitload of fish and shrimp this afternoon.... gonna grill the shrimp wrapeed in bacon, and cover it in honeymustard, the, just bake the fish...


shit sounds tasty, don't it??
