Default Its Official - Neteller gone for US players
As of 7:15 est tonight US players can not transfer funds to gaming merchants via neteller.

Tried to deposit to Carib, called neteller customer service.

That is what the rep told me.

Effective Immediately

Due to recent US legislative changes and events, effective immediately, US members are no longer able to transfer funds to or from any online gambling sites.

All US members will continue to be able to use their NETELLER e-wallet account to safely transfer funds to and from non-gambling merchants and are not required to close their account or withdraw their funds.

Don't bother trying to Live Chat w/them either, waited half an hour w/no response. I used email to them instead and am awaiting a reply w/re my transfer that was initiated prior to all this will be completed. Seriously doubt it and wonder how long it will take for them to reverse the funds.

Too funny, hit a majorly difficult 4/team parlay of Underdogs, win, and now can't get the funds r_o_f

I'm reading on another forum that some US banks have stopped accepting NT EFT's and checks.

If true, that leaves only the NT debit card as the only option to get your $$$....unless you want to travel to Canada to cash a check.

I have had a pending insta cash deposit to betjm since sunday. Will that be affected since the transaction was technically done before neteller made there decesion to disalow american deposits o gaming sites.

So much crap out there who knows. Neteller doesn't issue the checks it some other outfit.

I just got off the phone with NT VIP customer service.

They essentially told me to "wait and see what happens" with regards to the EFT and paper checks I've requested the past couple days. Said if my bank won't accept them they'll return my $$$ to my NT account.

I pressed them about getting a check to cash in Canada and they said you must have a Canadian bank account.

If your bank refuses the EFT and checks, it seems as of right now the only option is getting a NT debit card and start pulling it out $1K at a time.
