 if panama gaming commission comes through... isn t this the answer for players safety. let a nuetral party hold the the insurance money when a book goes down. i believe this will give books incentive to not to stiff and run away. the bigger books will like it. if you cant pay 500k you dont have the investers/owners to be in business to weather the storm. lets hope panama shows us how its done lets go lizzy  |
