PARIS Hilton and Julius Erving have something in common. Yup — they've both had sex in front of a video camera.

The Dr. J video was delivered to PAGE SIX last week as the hoops hall-of-famer, 53, was headed into court again in his divorce from his wife of 31 years, Turquoise.

The tape was apparently shot several years ago. It shows Erving — who went to the NBA finals four times and led the Philadelphia 76ers to a title — in a hotel room wearing a sleeveless undershirt, boxers and metal-framed glasses. The Afro of his early years is gone, and the gray of his later years has yet to arrive.

His co-star is a voluptuous, dark-haired young woman with cinnamon skin wearing a negligee. A radio in the background is playing "Sea of Love" by the Honeydrippers as Erving adjusts the camera. The couple sips white wine and chats inaudibly before the kissing begins and they get naked.

The two unhurriedly run through several positions, including a Kama Sutra-like contortion. At one point on the radio, an early morning weather report of fog is announced for San Jose, Santa Cruz and Monterey.

Erving has had two childen out-of-wedlock since marrying Turquoise — tennis player Alexandra Stevenson, 22, and a 6-year-old identified in divorce papers last year.

The Seminole County, Fla., court ordered Erving, who listed his net worth at $9 million, to pay Turquoise $1,500 a week, plus household expenses and $8,000 a month for credit card bills.

"He made agreements to do things. He did not do those things. We're about to have a hearing for enforcement and sanctions," Turquoise's lawyer, Andrea Black, said.

As for the video, Black said, "I'm sad it's reached this point. We've been trying to resolve this amicably. Making something like that public would help no one."

Both husband and wife live in Orlando, Fla., where state law allows spouses to divorce without assigning blame for such things as adultery, abandonment or intolerable cruelty.

Erving's lawyer, Andrea Cain, denied any knowledge of such a tape, but said if such a tape existed, it wouldn't be introduced as evidence: "I can't see any relevance. Florida is a no-fault state."

First of all, Iverson and Barkley don't bother me at all on that list, it's the holier than thou athletes like Holyfield, Dr. J, Michael, Larry Bird, Kobe(??), OJ, Magic are far more troublesome. They are the ones who listen to their agents and then the general public is "shocked" when they do something wrong. Evander is the one that bothers me the most. I could give two shits what athletes do off the field, but when people preach the stuff over and over and over like Holyfield and proceeds to have 900 kids with 7 different women, it gets tiresome. Not to mention he is a dirty, dirty fighter. King of the accidental headbutt. Image is everything in that world cause it translates to $$$$ and the dumb public buys these people's acts.

I overreacted to Bird. Like I said I don't care, but I guess he doesn't support her at all and is a dickhead father. Just trying to prove a point that these so called nice guys that everyone worships are no better than the people who are always looped together like Iverson and TO. For example, when has Shaq EVER got into trouble or anything. None of those guys bother me except Holyfield cause he throws that hypocritical shit in our face all the time.

Although I wouldn't call it getting into trouble, Shaq refused to get an operation on his big toe right after
the Lakers won their last championship, instead choosing to wait until training camp; what was his comment? "I got hurt on "company time," I can heal on company time." Nice attitude, and it cost the Lakers, didn't it?

Very minor transgression. At least he had the desire to win A championship. Most NBA players couldn't care less as long as they get playing time.

Bird doesn't cheat, he just doesn't acknowledge his own flesh and blood.

Very minor?!?! His selfishness only cost the Lakers the home court advantage against the Spurs, something they could have used, as things turned out! The Lakers lost in 6, of course, but the weight
of knowing that they had to go back to a game 7 in San Antonio probably didn't help their mood in game

I am not arguing what it cost them. I am just saying after 3 championships it's not surprising that Shaq probably got complacent and bored. I think after 3 championships it's excusable and this is coming from a Laker hater. If this was like Rasheed's weekly spaz attacks I would agree it's major.
