Default Cat coming out of the ROYAL bag O Shat???????

STING :

>>>So royal is bought our accounts and stuck a rollover to profit?<<<

Correcto!

Furthermore, A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT is NOT a BAILOUT, this is a SALE, a sale that requires no rollover requirement.

>>>What monies changed hands and how much in account balance did Royal assume??<<<

Bildozer, this information will be released (if necessary). Of course if Royal eliminates the rollover none of this will be an issue. Please respect both parties are still in negotiation and certain details cannot be disclosed at this time.

Damn I'm sick of this guy smearing Royal.

I had money in Gamblers Ave and I'm thanking Royal in a big way for the BAILOUT!!!

This guy Dozer has some kind of an agenda.

What's the problem with the rollover?

I mean wtf is the problem?

We got huge sign up bonuses with GA, ones which shouldn't be expected under any circumstances , and if we are actually gamblers, seems a rarity these days, playing through the rollover is no problem.

Now some putz with a problem wants to try and damage the rep of a good shop to further his own rise to stardom.

The real damage is done to shops in the future that try and help gamblers out by buying out floundering shops, then have to put up with this sh*t.

Dozer's just grandstanding to get his name out and promote his website. I don't think he can be dumb enough to really believe it was anything other than a bailout.

Agree with you Bill.

Let's get Stink to post the agreement.

I want to see who the seller was too.

And how much in liabilites he and Silver hid, and how much they showed. I don't think the money Silver/Stink owed in matchplay bonuses was ever shown in the original deal. Selling something with undisclosed liabilities, bad boy, you can get time for that in some locations.

Called "fraud".

well Peep
Your all I got. Lucky for me this isn't a team sport.
The reason I'm so motivated is because I don't think alot of people see the problems when money like this is involved. I have no agenda but to see what we are /should be entitled to.
I didn't come in here changing my name to my website or referring to my site. I posted something off of it once because thats where it originated. You 2 guys are the ones that keep bringing it up.

I have no "contacts" to anything. He just lives there and it allows us to not have to deal with US portals.

Clev,
You are pointing your spytech magnifying glass in the wrong direction.

Royal,
Appreciate an acknowledgement finally. It is what your not saying that makes things hard to swallow. Since GA and Sting are making all these false waves why not publish a few details. You can see where someone would want to see that right?

I'm gonna lay off the topic for a while, not because you guys are so overjoyed with your free money from Royal after GA stole it, but because I think this birdy is hatching and I don't need to stick around and try to deliver it.

BTW, I dont hate CR

Apparently I cant keep my mouth shut because I have to reiterate one more thing.

Royal and everyone else agrees this is NOT a bailout and GA did not run away and steel our money. This alone is reason enough to demand details on the contract of YOUR and yes MY funds.

Sting is telling me that GA passed along 300k with the accounts and not only was this not a bailout but Silver was to get 15k from Royal. I'm waiting for Royal to respond as you would think the contract has to be laid out now which it should be anyhow.

Tell you what.

I'll put a dime to your dollar that Sting is making it up as he goes. If they had 300K on hand, they might have paid a few people.

Where is the link to this numbnuts saying this?

Billdozer,

We appreciate your desire of learning how thing really went and we will provide you with additional information on this issue , yet we have a few questions for you as well ;

The Royal Sports Group has not received a penny from Mr. Mike Silver or Gamblers Avenue .

We learn from you that Mr. Costigan, who’s involvement in this bailout is somehow curious as he is constantly acting on behalf of Mr. Silver , has stated we have received 300K . Please ask Mr. Costigan to provide evidence of this money transfer.

To the best of our knowledge the only numbers we have received so far is the list of non executed payouts as to Monday night, November 3rd 2003 . The amount of pending payouts was 24,5K ( Mr. Costigan had mentioned 150K ).

As we would like to understand as well , we would appreciate your contribution in finding a realistic answer to the following questions :

Pending payouts – Mr. Silver gave us a list totaling 24,5K, Mr Costigan mentioned 150K: who is right ?

Who should we deal with – Mr. Silver has showed so far desire to come to finalization of the bailout terms, hence Mr. Costigan has been doing his best to delay it . Who should we deal with then ?

Billdozer, we will be grateful if you could provide evidence of the alleged 300K ( we would immediately waive the rollover requirement ) and give us your un bias opinion to the two above mentioned questions.

Thank you

Gamblers Avenue
The Royal Sports Group

Yeah BP, but I always bet amounts I can afford anyway LOL.

Still waiting for Jake to post up a dime for his "will bet Sportbet and Rio group will still be around and paying in a year". I like that one a lot.

Not as much as the GA paid Royal 300K one though. I think Bill Dozer made that one up. Even Sting wouldn't be dumb enough to say that.

The guy is trying to show his "hard hitting investigative reporter mode". Think he plans to take over for Gambling911.com after this GA garbage brings them down.
