Brian Greise is the starting QB before Week 6, I know he isnt Dan Marino but he is HEAD AND SHOULDERS above Jay Fiedler. He will have a good defense, good weather and a great running game, this will make him a Pro Bowl QB and help the Fish win the Super Bowl!

I also agree with you sledge, Dolphins time and time again fold in the big games late in the season. The Dolphins highly touted defense never makes any big stops in the 4th quarter when they need it.

when I saw the title to this thread I naturally assumed that inside would be the words..."If Fiedler can stay healthy." and lo and behold you are calling for a drunk who has no desire to play the game. Griese is an absolute bum. Until he checks into rehab for his alcohol abuse problem, he'll never do anything in the league. Fall down drunk and blame it on the dog Brian.

I am a die hard Dolphan and yes they choke every year.But there is legitimate reason to believe this year could be truly different.First of all with Fiedler last year,they were playin great including a win at Denver on national tv.But he got hurt and backup Lucas destroyed the team and they couldnt recover.This year they have Griese to back him up and possibly start at some point.Two quality starters.They have the best rusher in the AFC and the defense gets Junior Seau to an already tough bunch.Add Sammy Knight to the equation and this could be their year.
