Default Help, Lost internet wager

I just logged into one of my accounts and found one of my bets was gone - a winner.

I made two plays back to back (like I have at this book for months now). Both were confirmed and sitting in my pending. My balance reflected both bets being made. I don't write down ticket numbers - never have, never thought I needed to.

I called the book and everyone was gone so I have to call tomorrow. I figured they simply graded another of my wagers incorrectly, but it was not in the log at all.

Am I screwed? I do not know computers that well, but I am sure they are able to find a log of my bets. This was for 1.3 units and I am down over 30 units to the book. (not really relative, but still a fact)

I bet the same type of bets everytime I place a wager. Never have I made one wager - Always multiple. Today was no different.

I am pissed. I know they are going to squeeze me on this. Already talked to their customer service and was given the "prove it" since it was an internet wager. What ****ing bleep!

Any suggestions appreciated for my call with the manager tomorrow.

If you still have a record of the one bet that was placed and graded, then you can probably get the confirmation number off of that one. If the bets were placed at the same time, is might be possible they were listed under the same confirmation number a la pinnacle. However, if seperate confirmation numbers were given, you might still be able to find them with a little hep from the book customer service if they use a sequential numbering system as the numbers of the two bets were surely to have been close to each other being placed at the same time. I guess in the end it will all depend on how eagar the book is to work with you and if they really want to try and get to the bottom of the situation or whether they want to stick it to you.

That is where I would start with them anyways.

Hope this helps some

M

Norm, check it in the morning, I would guess it will be corrected.

BTW, Did you say you called and no one was there and then post you talked to C.S. and they said prove it?
