Default Binion's WSOP Goes Pay-Per-View

From PR:

Binion's Horseshoe Hotel and Casino announced Monday the LIVE pay-per-view webcast of the 2003 World Series of Poker (WSOP). Starting Wednesday, April 16, poker fans worldwide can watch the world's best poker players compete for a total prize pool of over $20 million. "Poker is played by millions of people worldwide. We wanted to bring the World Championship closer to them by offering the live broadcast over the Internet," says Nick Behnen, Marketing Executive at Binion's Horseshoe. Total of 34 final table events, including the World Championship event on May 23rd, will be webcast LIVE in a broadband quality video. WSOP's 33 final table events can be purchased for $14.95, while the World Championship event costs $29.95. A schedule of the WSOP events can be viewed on the Binion's Horseshoe Web site.
