I understand the feelings between you & Lab (despite the traffic he brings here), but given that he posts his plays in your hoops forum, is it really fair to have "labchat" (MSN chat) as a "forbidden word"????

Minnow is working on the software "issues" that have been brought up......the chat will be here eventually. Is this really fair?

People pay good money to advertise on the site. If there is interest in somebody paying for the right to advertise the chat sessions, please feel free to drop us a line.

Minnow jumped through hoops making every effort to appease the many requests of the chat group. Everything that was doable was done.

We have no problem promoting events on the site. As you are well aware, it is a for profit venture. Off site event promotions are available for a fee. Interested?

First of all, I never heard that Minnow had "given up"on the chat changes. Last I heard, the chat software manual was 100+ pages...I figured it was a work in progress.

Is it really fair to take what I posted and then edit it to "labchat" rather than the real name of it????

Come on....can this really be this childish???????

Many people post here and chat there.....is that the end of the world?

I for one would love chat here.......could care less where it is.......it's going well in it's format now,but if and when minnow or whoever can adjust it so that people would love to attend here,I can't wait.....

1 thing I can't do is have chat with 20 people here and 20 people at msn........I'm burning out as it is,and lately the nuts are comming out......spoken to Devil many times,and am eagerly awaiting being here.....will talk more with him in vegas,and hopefully we can work things out.......what I can't understand is why this place is turning into something bad all of the sudden

TT, Since all the chatters are on MSN, why not just broadcast chat time via im? Believe me.. nobody likes to use the "forbidden word" feature. But when we asked nicely (repeatedly!) and you as well as others persist with posting it, it didn't leave us much choice.

Guys, for the record, I don't mind at all doing whatever it takes to make chat a more pleasant experience for everyone.

Sorry, but I don't think we can rigamorole the chat room to put a persons name and message all on one line.. I think that was the final request. Was there something else?

I think I already went over this one, but another question was the amount of "chat" per page, and how far one could scroll back. Someone im'd me saying that some guys leave MSN chat running all day so they don't miss anything. phew! Nothing I can do about that. Luckily, most of the plays and injury reports, etc., can be found posted in the picks forums.

Also, there is quite a bit of text per page on MW chat. To slow it down check the speed in your settings option. Or maximize the page.. that makes lines longer and more words per line.
