I love it when books do these type promos. Some do little things here and there that really never add much to your expected value of being a punter. This place seems to often offer promotions that add real value to astute players. I am gonna give them a try.

Fish - I had to look at it several times but believe I have it figured out....you have to bet on one of the props they listed at the top of the page. If your wager loses AND either team get beat by 10 points (decent chance IMHO), you get you $$$ back. Sounds to me like it is like having these bets at a 20% or so discount. Seems like positive EV to me. I could be wrong.

I have another similar situation at another MW sponsor book I play with. They do what seems like a real nice promo somewhat similar to this one. This situation is a prime example of when th PM service is soo valuable to me. I would rather not post the exact details of the play because if it is a real good play, one of two things would probably happen....my fellow MW punters would pound the situation into the ground and/or the book would see the error of their ways based on the posts of respected players and kill it themselves. Oh well....just my musings.

If any of my buds wish to know about this "opportunity" that I have found - please eamil me and I will share it and we can compare notes about the expected profitablility of the promo.

A "double result" is a popular soccer bet that Bet365, with their usual creativity, has brought to US sports. It's simply a bet that your team will be winning at the half AND at the end. Or, in fact, even that your team is losing at the half but wins in the end, etc. I've never seen it offered on US sports before, but there's no reason not to.

This outfit is very impressive to me because they show great imagination and open-mindedness in booking. Every other book would say, well, double-result betting, that's for soccer. Yet of course there's no reason not to offer it on football. They just don't, for the same reason they don't let you buy AND sell half-points on games: "it's not the way I was raised to book"

As far as cutting limits goes, I can't say. Maybe they do for certain types of winners. I'm up 6k with them on my usual $100-$500 bets, and I haven't had a problem. But that's the range for handicappers betting their own money [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] not that of steam-jumping scalpers or syndicate beards, who present a whole different threat to a book, and maybe that's whose had their limits cut.

But most of us are not steam-jumping scalpers or syndicate beards, so most of us probably don't need to worry about it.

365 works hard and smart to make their customers happy, and I commend them, and recommend them.

Pokerjoe, as usual, is right on target.

This is my favorite book, not just for the ingenuity in bookmaking, but for their customer service. My payment requests are handled within SECONDS. Just great.

I also have taken advantage of their other offerings: bet four teams in a premiership parlay and get 10 percent added to your winnings. Back a 2-1 horse in a specialized race and if you win, you get a free bet to the next specialized race for the same stake.

And the HT/FT bet is great when you really like a favorite who scores early (the Rams of last year were a good example -- not this year, of course). In the New England game, there is a chance NE will win by more than 10, so this is a good bet, especially if you think SD can win the first half or if you just want to play a fun bet with SD winning both halfs. If you bet this way and NE blows them out, your bet is refunded. What a great offer.

They also offer you reload bonuses and couldn't be kinder with English-speaking operators.

A great book that keeps distancing itself from its competitors by providing customers with offers like the one above...
