Default Horse betting question
Hey all you horse bettors.... I have a question.

I placed a exacta box bet on the 6th race at Saratoga today. I bet on the 1,2 and 3 horses in a exacta box. The finish was 1, 1A and 2 in that order. It was graded a loss and I was wondering if it was possible to win a exacta or trifecta on these kinds of races where duplicate horses finish in the money??? Hope this isn't too confusing??

You need to call your book. It is graded wrong the exacta should pay the 1-2 combination.

I'm trying right now...

The customer service even told me the two horses are graded for the 1st position so the #2 horse would have to move up.

Come bet at Olympic www.thegreek.com we have 6 Breeders Cup races (futures) to be wagered on and daily matchups on major tracks

If you lived or played in Vegas before they went pari-mutuel, all entries
were split for wagering purposes, so it was possible to have a 1-1A

problem is most sportsbooks have no clue at all about horses , at Olympic can answer any question u have about horses, also offer the best in Futures for the BC , KY Derby

Up to 1996 the Ontario Jockey Club actually used to offer exactas on 1-1, 2-2 etc. combinations. I used to win on them frequently. After the Breeder's Cup in Toronto they decided to adopt the U.S. method of grading exactas and trifectas
