well boys it looks like your old buddy BEANTOWNJIM is in the drivers seat in the new age contest i finally am sitting all alone with 24 points i have said all along this contest is over once i get the lead.bazzy boy who had the lead on sunday has fallen on hard times and it looks like this loser will struggle to make the top 10 hes falling like jose conseco fell out of baseball.boys i can close it out tonight and i think i will go out in style by sweeping the board.russy this was a great contest the only thing that bothers me is some of the names in the contest there really wasnt a strong field i need more competition where is our hebrew national scotty landau and that fool from canada sick gambler man would i have loved to beat up on those 2 deadbeats.but i can only beat the guys who play.

RUSS I HAVE A SERIOUS QUESTION YOU KNOW IM GOING TO BE GETTING MY OWN PICK SECTION AT ANOTHER FORUM DOES THAT ME I WONT BE ABLE TO ENTER THESE CONTESTS BECAUSE I WILL BE A PRO HANDICAPPER WILL I LOSE MY AMATEUR STATUS.

I WANT TO THANK MAJORWAGER AND THE FINE FOLKS AT NEW AGE SPORTS FOR THE CONTEST CAN I GET A TROPHY WITH MY NAME ON IT WHEN I WIN THIS CONTEST?

Too funny BTJ, leave it to you to bring out the gamesmanship.
Thowning a little dirt in my face to get an edge, a rise out of me.
Trying to throw me off my game. Reminds me of when I had
talked to a European player who had played John McEnroe
the week earlier. He told me that Johnny Mac had complained on
17 different calls, but that only 2 of them were even close.
Judging from your picks, you have a real good chance of
wrapping it up today. You know that if Kent didn't hit that
3 run homer in the top of the 9th last night, we'd be tied.
But, could of, would of, should of.......
Still, you haven't won yet or should I say, your picks haven't won.
Anything can happen and games don't always play to form.
Unless you go 3-0, someone else could nip you at the wire.
After going 38-14 (73%) I finally had a couple of off days.
Even Jeter, Bernie Williams and Pedro have off days.
This has been tough, which will make winning it even more sweet
for whoever does.
As far as my never winning anything, that not exactly true.
I won the www.sportswire.com season long baseball contest
back to back a few years ago, in addition to finishing 1st at the
end of the regular NBA season too. But as they say, past results
are no guarantee of future results.
To be honest, I think you would be hard pressed to keep pace with
me in a season long contest using our own picks instead of these
pk'em kind of games.
I'm a tough handicapper and like all good players, will take it one
play at a time and continue to try to play with class.
Have to admit, you've been outstanding here and have made this
contest a lot of fun.
Now, all you have to do is close it out. Your so close, no doubt
you can taste it. You made another round of good picks today,
have to like your chances.

sorry boys i brought this thread back but this deadbeat JMOZ isnt backing down he now has 25 points and i have 24 i just want the kid to see his name back in the spotlight losers usually ckoke a little when they realize where they stand.i expect this kid to get nervous he couldnt close the deal last night and im betting he wont close it today.what happens if we have a tie do we go to sudden death overtime that would be great a playoff me against JMOZ 3 GAME PLAYOFF WINNER TAKES ALL I HAVE TO SWEEP THE BOARD TODAY TO MAKE THIS POSSIBLE I FEEL GOOD ABOUT MY CHANCES STILL SO TELL THE NEW AGE FOLKS TO ORDER MY TROPHY.
