Default Moneyline/Spread converter for football and baseball?
Anyone have a site w/ a chart that correlates spread w/ moneyline?

ie, for an NFL gm, I believe -3/+3 should be around -165/+145 on the moneyline. Anyone have a full chart for this? Preferably, I'd like to see one each for:
NFL
Coll FB
NBA
Coll Basketball

Also, are posted moneylines shaded up or down off this "theoretical chart" based on low or hi totals?
