2 days ago I lost $2800 on a perfect hand at the TROP in AC

intial bet $700
dealers card 5 showing
my cards are a pair of 6's

I split for another $700

I paired both hands with a 4 (total 10)
and
a 5 (total 11)

I double down both hands for another $700 each

I get a 2 and 3

My final hands now 12 and 14 with $2800 down
against the dealers 5

OF COURSE THE DEALER TURNS OVER THE HOLE CARD getting another 5
followed by a 9
