Default Looking for some help with my idea

I have an idea for an online Sportsbook, and I need SOME direction.

I am heavily involved with a community of people who watch, discuss, and make predictions regarding a particular sport which I will not mention at this time.

I have searched and search for a sportsbook that offers wagering for this sport, but typically cannot find any until maybe the post-season.

My idea is to start a website dedicated to handicapping for this ONE particular sport, and allow for online wagering and possibly online Fantasy type options.

Obviously, this idea would never take-off as well as with sports like NFL or NBA, but there's a distict possibility that a website like this could corner a niche market. I could make a decent living doing this.

Marketing would be easy. Word of mouth would spread quickly.

I've already developed a successful process for the handicapping process. I just need the means to track wagers, update lines, and manage payments, and obviously make it LEGAL.

What's the next step?

How do you know that your handicapping process is 'successful' if no bookies are putting out odds on this sport?

Figure out how to combine it with a betting platform that's legal, i.e. skill games or horseracing ...
