Default What's With the F*cking Bees

Is anyone else noticing an abnormally high amount of bees this year? I took my son to the park and literrally got swarmed. So we went to a different park and the same thing. And a couple of days ago I played some golf and voila tons more bees (not to mention 4 coyotes and 3 foxes).

I can't wait for that first frost.

Want mosquitos, go to Winnipeg. There are so many this summer that you have to keep your pets indoors!

Camping in the Cascades last year.. manoman, the yellowjackets were fierce! Picnicing was almost impossible, as they'd swarm your plate. Haven't noticed them so much this year, but then again, haven't been doing much camping.
Right now houseflies are driving me nuts!!!
Hartley, not surprised at the coyote count, but 3 foxes?!

Living in Southwest Florida you'd think we have an over abundance of both bees and misquitos, but quite the contrary......thank God for the Airplane men that fly over us while still sleeping in the wee hours of the morning, no bees and, hardly any misquitos to speak of......Ahhhhhhh, the beauty of living in a Tropical Paradise

Isnt that dangerous to human health. I would tend to think so. I do not want anybody spraying me at night.

I was going to post the night before the tragedy about this, there were animals acting strangely all across America, their was a deer in Illinois that went right through the window of an insurance agents office as well as some dogs that were acting strange, animals are very sensitive and can tell when something is going to happen, notice the timing of all this.

RB,
Uhhh That's PUSHING IT a little don't you think? Animals are sensitive to many things in NATURE that humans can't see, hear, smell, sense or whatever. But this was a MANMADE disaster. Unless someone can prove their was something very strange happening in Nature at the time, I say it's all BS!

Earthquakes? Sure I've seen dogs predict those. Tornados? I'll buy that too. Terrorists flying planes into high rise buildings? Nahh, That Dog Don't Hunt Here!

As for the subject at hand, Bees, didn't see an overabundance of the them this summer. But the ones that were here are definitely more of a pain in the ass. Persistent little SOB's aren't they?

I went to take the plates off one of my cars and had a yellow jacket buzz around me for about 10 minutes.

The SOB wouldn't leave. I agree on the influx of bees. I could barely get my mail out of the mailbox all summer.
