| Livescoring via official site is not pretty - HTML errors all over the place. Today's bets... Arazi v Martin - Yes. One meeting previously for an easy win to Martin, but I'm inclined to dismiss that - it was the week after Arazi retired in a Davis Cup tie v Meligeni, and since returning to Europe, Arazi's game has returned to near his best form. Martin - young & talented, but yet to prove himself as the real deal. Portas v Grosjean - Best price around on Portas easily. Handy player, while Grosjean tolerates clay at best. Frenchman should only be a slight fav. Costa v Escude - I think 2.40 is about the right price on Escude. Costa deserves to be favourite. Lapentti v Ferrero - Can the Mosquito get swatted? Lapentti is certainly back in form, and there's 3.40 available at Olympic. If Ferrero is going to lose this week, this will probably be the one. My personal fav of the day is Santoro to beat Kiefer. The record stands at 3-0 Santoro already, 2.40 was on offer at WSEX. You can never be sure of what Kiefer will do, but backing against him when favoured will not send you to the poorhouse, that's for sure. Johansson to beat Gambill at 2.10 or better is worth a look also. |
