lost both two unit plays and won all three one unit plays last night for a small loss on the night.

i think i am going to change something. all plays from now on will be for one unit. i have come to the conclusion that you might think one play is better than another, but it really is not, that is why there are odds on games. the more i think about my past couple years of gambling the more i realize i always get burned when i lay some extra cash on games. so from here on out, all plays for one unit.


florida -158 vs washington............even though the marlins suck, i have to go with willis at home. he is due for one of his incredible games. i smell a shutout.

phillies -109 vs colorado............i said the other day that maybe the phillies need to play on the road to take some of the pressure off them. playing in front of those brutal philly fans can be tough. they started out really bad, but just took two of three at atlanta. time for the philly bats to get hot and what place better than in colorado.

oakland -145 vs texas...............simply a play on zito with his outstanding 15-2 careeer record vs texas.

Mark....what do you think about under 11.5 on Colo/Philly? I'm still researching but both pitchers had decent games last time out, going 6 and 7 innings. ERA's are both under 4.00 and both teams hit below .300. Not sure why they made this one so high today...any thoughts?
