Default I don't know if I like this new tour format

Finchem wants the PGA Tour to be more like Nascar--that is about as pathetic as it gets.

The Western Open won't be around anymore from I understand--the Chicago people have supported that tournament in a big way. The Evans scholarship program is a great thing.

I don't fully understand it but I guess Finchem is going to make the Chicago stop part of the BMW series and rotate between Chicago, St. Louis, Minneapolis and Indianapolis. This is crazy stuff.

I think its a shame of they lose the Western Open.

I pay for blonde women to come over and have sex with my hispanic hottie maid, and sometimes I get involved to make it a threesome! I like to lay in my pool during the day sipping on drinks that have umbrellas!

The Western Golf Assoc. will not let that happen, Buzz, I don't think. If it is part of the "playoff", and I think I heard them say that last Sunday, then it will be a big deal for them. If it's one of every 4 years then I would guess the Western Open will take it's turn and on the other 3 years drop down to the Nationwide deal or the Seniors. Or maybe even an amatuer tourney.

This playoff thing is designed to make the last 10 weeks more meaningful, as opposed to "just waiting for next year". Whatever it takes to get the big boys entered, is good in the PGA's eyes. I personally don't care, I like it fine without them. TV wants it and so does the casual fan.

I can't see Mick or Tiger playing 10 weeks in a row, championship or not. Some guy like Rose or Taylor or Sluman will win it, and be our PGA champion. Fine by me.

They really screwed things up. They could have accomplished what they are looking for (more interest in post PGA tournaments) in about 25 different and better ways. And less complicated to boot.
