Default The Doral

Almost all of the heavy hitters, 8 of the worlds top ten, will be teed up come thurs morning, at the blue monster. Mr. I'm Sick of Golf, Tiger Woods, is of course, the favorite. So he's going to win, right? No. Well maybe. Tiger can play average and still win by 4. It's simple really, if his new old lady is there, he wins, if she isn't there, his head isn't either. How can anyone play golf if they're worrying about who might be doing their wife?

My bet this week is the guy who showed heart and came in third last week. I bet him early on Mon. at 55-1, last I looked was around mid 30's. Played well last year at this tourney.

Zach Johnson to win +5500

Zach had the longest odds of the 4 guys I capped up, so I took him. I also looked seriously at Toms, Furyk, and Verplank. All are playing well right now, and all did well at last years meet.

Zach over Harrington -113 2 good players, Johnson with the hotter hand.

Verplank over Howell -102 Tough call here, I trusted my capping.

Zach over JB -110 Holmes longer hitter, Zach more accurate.

More later, GL guys.
