Default The Disney Classic

This tournament has a past history of little to unknown champions, with a few household names thrown in. This will be the second or third to last meet for 95% of the pros. The season is almost over. Most are already secure for next year's exemption, a few, very few, need to make some more official money.

I declare this week, "Official Stab Week." If you like to take stabs, love the longshots, this is the tourney to do it on. Raise your hand if you knew that Ryan Palmer won this deal last year.

Here are 5 longshots I capped up this week.

Ryan Palmer---to repeat as champion. 101-1 GGods, 81-1 SIA. Made cut last week, T12. Has a T2, and a T3 this year. Tends to play poorly on Sunday, needs a big lead after moving day. Top 5 a good bet, top 10 a good bet too. 29 years old.

Briny Baird---Had it and blew it last week, ending up T8. T2 here, last year. Plays decent on Sunday, Saturday is not so decent. Has another T8 earlier this year. 126-1 GGods, 81-1 SIA. I think his hat gets in the way of his swing. Has a sun problem, is better on cloudy days. 33 years old.

Cameron Beckman---176-1 GGods, 126-1 SIA. Missed last weeks cut. Came in T4 last year. This guy needs it, he is on the cusp for keeping his card. Has a T5 this year and is one of the few who play wildly better on Sunday. If he makes the cut, stays in contention through Saturday, he can close the deal. 35 years old.

Vaughn Taylor---a winner this year already, by a lot. 101-1 GGods 81-1 SIA. A real player, good physique, results. 1,3,T5, and a T8 this year alone. Plays poorly or great, half and half on Sundays. I looked him in the eyes, from 3 feet away, and I can say he has the look of a focused player. He's going to win a bunch, maybe this week. T10 last year here. 29 years old. Rested last week.

Lucas Glover---a favorite of fantasy leagues. 126-1 GGods, 126-1 SIA. 6feet 2inches, 195, he looks like Justin Rose. Perfect for this game. Young, 26 years old, and ready to start smoking this tour. 6 top 10's this year, six, that's a lot. Played this tourney last year at T10. Has decent to good Sundays, and made the cut last week.

My pick---Glover 126-1 SIA.

Taylor over Calc. -110
Taylor over Palmer -110
Palmer over Pernice -112--- All Pinny, all slight favs, and I'm not known to take all favs, but I did this week.

GL, I may take a few dailys, I'll see.

I didn't have a bet but incredible finish from Glover and incredible choking from Rose.
