Default Cut bet potential question mark???

I bet Baird to make the 36-hole CUT at the International.

He is T64 after 36 and the cut was supposed to be the typical T70 and ties.

But because the last day will be 36 holes due to delays, they changed the number of players who would keep playing to T60 but are still paying the T70 ( they limited it to 60 (63 with ties) so they could get all 36 holes in on time for the network broadcast ).

Now my bet SHOULD WIN since he made the cut by the normal and original definition - and by the definition when the bet was made and that the odds were based on ( that being T70 and ties ). But will I get dicked around because he won't be playing tomorrow??

The book I played it at is slow grading these types of bets anyway so I may not know if they get confused on it until Monday. All the scoreboards show Baird making the cut right now because they are based on the T70 original rules - as the bet should be graded on. But come tomorrow they will show him not playing. He freakin double bogeyed his 17th hole today or this wouldn't be a consideration. LOL This kind of stuff makes for headaches.

Your bet is a winner. Take a screenshot of the PGATour leaderboard. It clearly states top 70 and ties. They do the same thing at Pebble, played 60 and paid 70.

Tommyjay, you know it and I know it but will the GRADER at the out know it come Monday is the real question. I had saved a screenshot in anticipation already - thanks for the suggestion though anyway - appreciate it.

OK, they graded it correctly without incident!

Like Funk -126ovAppleby as Funk finished 7th here in 93 and has played decent lately apart from the British ( which he doesn't like evidently ) while Appleby has been missing 3/5 cuts lately.
