Default The Canadian Open

So I lost my mind, so what? After two seconds in a row, I went for the "win big, or lose big". I took Pernice at 80-1. Everyone knows Pernice shouldn't be more than 40. No Tiger, no Els, but everyone else is showing up. Pernice is playing well, and he did well in this tournament last year, BUT, he's a longshot.

Have Howell, Ames and Tway over 72, bet against Ober again too.

Byrd and Olgilvie to win in 18.

I love to bet, then watch golf on TV. Fun.

I frickin missed the tourney. The monday finish really screwed me up.

Great golf course they play this week. Singh draws in- this guy is incredible. Plays a ton of tournaments - I think he is trying to win 10 tourneys this year. Take note Phil and Tiger and Ernie, guys can play every week and get very, very good.

Pernice folds badly, and to think I was going to take Weir if the price was right.

Doing OK otherwise, I'm at 5-6, up a few bucks, again thanks to the underdogs. All my 72 hole bets are settled already, except 1. Either one or both didn't make the cut.

I can keep the win for this tourny by not betting anymore, or go for a bigger win by betting a few matches on Sunday. I haven't decided yet.

Winners for me were---Perry, Byrd, Petro, and Pernice.

Losers were---C. Smith, Howell, Ames, and Pernice.

Biggest choke job I have ever seen on the golf course was by Weir yesterday.

Was gagging for all 18 holes and the playoff itself. Numerous bad shots and missed putts.

Not sure how he recovers from that

Vijay- how good of a year is he having??

Every week it comes down to him for the win.

Since last summer I have never seen anything like this.

I remember Dick Mayer's run in the fifties, and Tony Lemas run in the sixties. Vijay's, is better than those.
