Wow that was a doozy of a case,
I would think only in a case where you'd think there is zero chance of payment,
would you bet against sides you like, which is at the essence of this.
if you win, then ultimately you will lose money you really thought you had no chance of collecting anyway, it seems more semantics then actually bailing out.
