You misunderstood. I do not oppose inclusion. What I oppose is withholding for those who need it, in search of the one person (who probably does not exist) who falls into the other 2 groups. There are people dying now who need help. No more delays.

She is playing politics and holding it up. Fine include everyone and move on and move on now

Sorry Aly, I misunderstood, and don't misunderstand me, I'm all for this bill with or without Ms. Collins inclusions.
