You misunderstood. I do not oppose inclusion. What I oppose is withholding for those who need it, in search of the one person (who probably does not exist) who falls into the other 2 groups. There are people dying now who need help. No more delays.

She is playing politics and holding it up. Fine include everyone and move on and move on now
