if his intention was to kidnap her, why drug her (and has been posted, no drugs were found in her body the following day) and rape her? wouldnt he want to get out of the house ASAP so as not to get caught?
or was his intention to just rape her? but that really cant be because there was the 118k ransom note...i wonder if it matches his handwriting?
and i've never really seen kidnappers be rapists. seems like one or the other.
some profiler might better answer that one.
and if she was drugged, what could have gone awry? did she wake up while she was being raped and he was then forced to kill her?
so many questions....it's no wonder boulder police havent brought up formal charges against him yet...
