Lots of bad news starting out the week.
Empire Report off considerably below expectations.
Generally traders would take this as a reason for the FED not to
raise rates but lately, traders veiw it as a signs of a slowing economy.
This news seem to have little impact. Consider that a bad sign.
Lots of earnings news, this should be bullish and provide some support.
Have to go with DOWN on Monday.
