It'll spike your metabolism and you'll burn fat quicker. If you gotta do carbs and sugars, do them early in the day and before workouts... the carbs turn into sugar (which turns into fat) if you don't burn it off. You'll find you have a lot more energy once you make a workout part of your daily routine. |
