 RE: Black people loot, white people borrow.
TA, did you ever think that they had nowhere to go or no means to get them there? What is the percentage of black people to white people in NO? I would presume that it is overwhelming black. How can you come to the conclusion that it appears that the most people who ignored it are black when most of the people living there are black? I saw a lot of white people there. Maybe more than the demographic percentage. Maybe its the whites that are the problem?
