I believe starting July 1st (or thereabouts) one can open up an account with a Nevada casino and wager on pari-mutuel race events as long as you're in a state that permits pari-mutuel wagers as well. As far as betting sports is concerned....fuhgetaboutit! JJ will have to call the person who sets up the account and that person will have to make the plays. In this case you lose either way. JJ will have to have the Las Vegas person sign up for his out-of-state account as well just to bet the horses. Such a tangled web he weaves! |
