The phone system for betting is pretty damn good. If you've got a Vegas cell phone, with a 702 number, and cross over the border into Arizona, the sportbook phone will reject the call (and this was several years ago).
You might be able to trick it with one of those Internet phone systems.
Or, much more simply, just donate the 1 Dime to the two casinos and save yourself the extra effort of doing all that betting. |
