The fact that this came out is MLB's worst nightmare and now Bud Selig will do shit and pray it goes away.
MLB would never have got to the heart of the matter, it took a BALCO inquiry.
MLB's policy was a joke and will continue to remain a joke because they don't want a whole bunch of big name players to test positive. It would do worse harm to the game than the 94 strike and baseball would be in huge trouble if fan attendance took a swan dive.
Since most people dislike Barry anyway, they will continue to believe most other players are clean and I expect little or no change come next year. |
