Hey, here is a guy that is a financial advisor who lives in the DR and publishes a newsletter each month per investment in the DR. I think it would be great to give this guy a call or shoot him a email with your ideas, he will offer his opinion free of charge.
I used to live there and the laws were very vague to say the least per sportsbooks. May have changed. Also, there is a new president I think so you have to find out if he is pro or con with the books.
I think that the book that was in the hotel Jaragua had some connection to CRIS' sportsbook and you may want to check if they are still up and running.
