I would have been more worried for the film if Favreau was not doing it. There are movies that are classic with sequels. Look at Indy... Raiders: classic, Temple: ok, Last Cursade: classic, Crystal: ok. If with Steven and George on all three it is hit and miss. I do see your point. Marvel is more worried about dollar bills and not what the movie can mean. Spoiler: I mean why put Nick Fury at the end of the movie if you were not going to make it go somewhere??? I mean for right now there "might" be a Avengers movie, but there might not either. It would be like if Nolan putting the joker card at the end of Batman Begins and TDK was about Clay Face or Bane. That is the part that makes no sense to me about Marvel. |
