Don't get me wrong, sometimes sequels are better than the first flick, but it kind of ruins the possibility of the movie to become a classic, as if you you tell somebody "have you seeing that movie? it's a classic" it's because its something unique that you will enjoy for what it is, a single movie, but when you add a sequel just because you know theatres will be full, nobody is going to say "that movie is a classic, now let's watch the sequel" if you know what I mean... |
