The only drawback to the stuff that i have ever experienced, is the dehydration....I always wanna have a few drinks when i take the stuff, but, if i do, it does me in because of dehydration....You really need to drink only water, and almost constantly.
As long as i skip alcohol and just drink a few bottles of water though, i never have any problems with it, even on multiple days on end.
But, yeah...If they put it in the water, we'd be like wild rabits on the loose...
