If pumped into the water every woman of child bearing age would be pregnant within her month cycle. Literally. I dunno, the stuff is like the perfect mix between a strong opiate, cocaine, acid, viagra times ten, and alcohol (if you are the type that gets euphoric from alcohol like me).
