Ho do you know Israel doesn't want to bomb Iran and will use its nukes to do so? Just because they haven't made it official policy, we shoul consider them a peaceful nation? What about other countries that haven't made any overt threats? They should all get nukes too, until they make a statement to the contrary? I guess we should take every country's "intentions" at face value?
Your criteria for who is and isn't allowed nuclear weapons are ambiguous and seem to depend mostly upon who is allied with who. That is not a sensible global policy.
How can we tell one country they aren't allowed to have nukes while a neighboring country (with a history of tension between them) is allowed to have them? That makes absolutely no sense on any logical basis. A lot of people (most Arab countries) would say that Israel should not be allowed to have nukes. Why is our assessment of "danger" more important than anyone else's?
