Default Another typical loss in an online tournament

I was all in with AK clubs guy calls me with A-4 offsuit. Flop is AKQ turn is 4 river is 4.

What are the odds of that happening? There were 4 left in the tournament other 2 folded meaning there were 8 cards in the 4 hands, 3 in the flop so 41 cards left in the deck. The chances of 4-4 coming up on the turn and river (his only hope) is 41x40 or 1,640/1. I guarantee you those types of turn, river combos happen far more frequently than that.
