LOL.. Do you actually think the Fund managers that are trying to sell you stock have any money of their own? If they did they would be the investors.
Why do touts always say they don't understand that question. It is plain and simple. If you win why would you need scrum money. You are not fooling anyone. Could it be maybe that when you lose you want others money for talking your games.
A true tout would be paid upon results.
